Kenneth "Chris" Alcott

Kenneth “Chris” Christian Alcott, age 68, of Cherryville, NC passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at his residence.

Chris was born Thursday, August 19, 1954, in Orlando, Florida to the late Charles Wesley Alcott, Jr. and Martha Caulley Alcott.  Chris was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He loved, boating, swimming, anything outdoors. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death two brothers, Charles “Chip” Wesley Alcott III, Kevin Alcott, and a nephew, Jonathan Leighton-Jones .

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty-five years, Sandy Alcott, two children, Cheryl Hamrick, Christa Gold (James); two siblings, Caulley Alcott, Andrea Leighton-Jones Wallace, two grandsons, a granddaughter, four nieces, five nephews, seven great nieces and eleven great nephews.
