Thomas Langevin

Thomas “Tom” Langevin, age 87, of Mooresboro, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

Tom was born Wednesday, June 12, 1935 in Waldwick, New Jersey to the late Louis and Roselind Langevin.  He was a caring and loving husband, father and grandfather.  Tom was a truck driver most of his life, he loved driving a truck.  He worked hard and he played hard.  Tom was always there if somebody needed him.  He loved to play pool and watch NASCAR.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth and Jim-Bo Langevin.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of forty five years, Genaria Langevin; two children, Tim Langevin (Lee), and Margaret Wyatt (Walter); grandchildren, Wendy Langevin, Justin Biggar, Kathleen Nack and Kaleb Langevin, who was more like a son than a grandson; and his best friend James Queen (Karen).

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm on Saturday July 23, 2022at the Hill Top Tavern in Chesnee, SC.
