Sherman Womelsdorf

Sherman Clair Womelsdorf, age 80, of Shelby, passed away, Monday, May 18, 2020 at Atrium Health-Cleveland.

Sherman was born November 6, 1939 in Centre county, Pennsylvania to the late Ross Cicero and Olive Hutton Cicero.  He worked most of his life as a warehouse manager.  Sherman loved motorcycles, to build model airplanes, but most of all he loved his family dearly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerome Cicero.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty years, Julia Wilson Womelsdorf; six children, Allen Womelsdorf of New York, Lisa Womelsdorf, Carol Depinto (Marc), Pamela Sciscilo all of New Jersey, Sherman Wilson, Sharla Wilson and her fiancée Joseph Shelley of the home; a brother Allen Cicero of Buffalo, New York; and a sister-in-law Beverly Cicero of New York. He is also survived by multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
